General Terms and Conditions
1.VAT the Prices you see on this website are the Price you Pay, This Price includes Tax where Applicable, and Packing and Postal Delivery to your Door. UK only.
2. It is our policy only to offer goods that we have in stock or that
where freely available when they where offered for sale
3. We operate a secure website to keep your details free from abuse.
Also We do not Disclose Your Personal Details To Any Third Parties
4. All goods are packaged suitable for general carriage in the UK.
5. All deliveries are by letter or parcel post. UK delivery is
normally within 7 days after leaving our premises but please allow longer at Easter and Christmas; however should
we be out of stock of the item ordered we will inform you by email giving you a delivery date.
In the unlikely event you have missing or late deliveries please email your details to sales@lightusup.co.uk Please quote your ABS order No off your order conformation
& your name & address so that we can trace your order & deal with it promptly
6. Due to postal deliveries we cannot guarantee a precise time
of arrival.
7. If, when the goods arrive they are not what you expect or damaged, Please return them to us within 7 days in the original packing But Please Put a note inside with your ABS order No off your order conformation & your name & address we are then able to deal with your request promptly and we will either exchange the item or return your money.
